NAVCAL Scholars Esme, Conan, and Alishba led a powerful session on scholarship access and navigation for current and former foster youth at the 2024 JBAY Blueprint Conference. Fellow Scholar Chloe attended in support, alongside Charly (NAVCAL Ally) and the Berkeley Hope Scholars team. Their presence and leadership helped foster an empowering, resource-rich space for youth with lived experience in foster care.
