NAV2CAL means so much to me. Never before had I been such an uplifting and supportive environment that challenged me to confront my past while also allowing me to grow and further envision myself in higher education. NAV2CAL to me, means so much more than support and community. I truly feel that my experience has created close bonds and connections that I previously never had. Through NAV2CAL, I´ve felt like I have learned to be more open, especially when it comes to writing about myself. I also could say that NAV2CAL has helped me realize my self worth. As in I know I deserve to get a higher education now

NAV2CAL means to be a part of a community that benefits from each other. It's a safe place for people to feel a sense of security. Although it may seem frightening at first over time you will see how much of a community it really is. It's not only a learning experience about college but also about yourself as a person. For me it really opened my eyes and how I viewed myself.
